Weight Loss Journey.. Kinda long but worth it❤️

OOOKKKKKKAAAAYYY. I know this will be a little long of a post but I really want to share my little before and current pictures with you all. I am currently on a weight loss / self love journey. Basically trying to get back to loving me.

I started my journey in August 2020. I was just recovering from a broken ankle (in 6 places). I had gained so much weight from laying around (because I couldn’t walk, literally) and a major depression due to my family being racist pieces of ... nvm. Here is my beginning pictures....

I looked at myself and realized how unhappy and insecure I was. I don’t mind being bigger but I literally let myself go. I was out of breath from getting off the couch, I was breathing hard when walking, I was always tired, the list could go on and on. I finally decided enough is enough, girl you got to get up and do this for yourself. I started going to the gym I was so disappointed because I didn’t see results in the first week. But I kept going I had so much support from my husband and I kept pushing.

I didn’t weigh myself because I knew I would be disappointed if I didn’t see 100 pounds gone in the first month 🤣 sooooo are y’all ready?

This is me today... I AM SO HAPPY. I am no where near where I want to be but honestly my confidence has sky rocketed since I’ve started this journey and I’m falling in love with me again!
