Have you ever experienced any side effects of Letrozole?

So this is not my first time taking Letrozole however, this is my first time experiencing headaches, night sweats and spotting after my cycle has ended.

I didn’t spot but felt almost flu-like, head and body aches, stomach cramps, dizzy, and low energy.

I’ve done 14 medicated cycles, 6 of Clomid, 8 of Femara. Clomid side effects have been way worse than Femara, but I still experience side effects. Main one for me are hot flashes and severe headaches. Of course ovulation pain has been harsher on medicated cycles, but headaches are the worst for me. It also depends on your dosage, the high the dose the more likely you’ll experience side effects
