What's the law on social gatherings?
Like birthday parties or events outside what are the rules can you have a party everyone wears masks? 
What are you guys doing this year for the kids birthday parties?
Will you still social distance?

Not to be an ass but there aren’t any laws. A law is something that’s introduced as a bill and gets passed on either a state or federal level as of now there are no laws. Now there are mandates which vary from state to state and sometimes in counties within states. And there are no federal mandates as of yet that would broadly apply to the union as a whole.

Depends on where you are. In general you are supposed to be wearing masks and only seeing the people in your bubble unless you worm or whatever. But # restrictions on gatherings varies by county/state.

No gatherings allowed where I am. My kids had zoom birthdays. Not the most ideal but they were happy either way 🤷‍♀️

It depends on where you live, every area is different and the state does mandates (which are enforceable as laws through different safety laws already in place). But some areas have stay home orders and some places are much more relaxed depending on case numbers and hospital capacity. My sister just moved to Vietnam last month (military) and now has stay home orders. California is still very strict. PA has mandates, but we’ve been having snow so no ones been going anywhere around here anyway

It's best to specify where you are. There are different rules and laws all over the world.
In my country parties and gatherings are allowed, limited to a certain amount of people depending on whether it's going to be an indoor of outdoor event.

There isn’t laws, but mandates I guess where I am. We continued like normal.. Parties, we don’t have big ones anyways, masks were not required- just optional. I’ll never require anything from anyone.
