Baby rash?

Does anyone know what this is

(It's white because of the calamine) he scratched it and it had clear pus and bled.

To me it kind of looks like eczema that's been irritated. I would go see the doctor.

This looks just like how my daughters turned begore peeling. I know this is almost a month later but ive following up on mines daily. To narrow everything down. I ended up using a lotion and it cleared up within a day. Please see my post with details . I have the regulsr Eucerin Eczema lotion also and use that all over every other day.

My only pending concern is how the spots around her neck now look like this.... but her face is clear! Both pics from today minutes ago.

Has he been out in the cold? Or had any wind on his face? Sometimes my sons cheeks will look like that when they get a little chapped. I use Aveeno Baby: soothing relief moisture cream twice a day when it happens and it usually clears up after a few days .

Talk to your pediatrician though before doing anything, they'll know best what it could be and how to treat it effectively.

It could just be some reaction to milk or maybe it needs some special cream but yes, I would go check with the Pediatrician especially if after a bath it doesn't get any better! All the best!
