Daughter has white bumps on back of tongue going down throat . Dr said it normal .. wondering if I should get a second opinion..
So Tuesday night my daughter was complaining that she felt something in her throat. She seemed fine other wise so I figured maybe she just had some food stuck and gave her some water.
Wednesday morning she started crying her eyes out because she still felt like something was in her throat.
So I shined my flash light down her throat and could see white bumps on her tongue going down her throat.
Felt her neck and her lymphnodes were swollen on both sides, she said it hurt when I barely touched it.
So this morning we took a trip to the hospital.
The doctor took a quick look down her throat and said she does have some swelling and post nasal drip ... but apparently the white bumps are normal? They don’t look normal to me..should I get a second opinion?
