Thin piece of metal stabbed me under the finger nail 😭

I was picking something up that had thin, sharp pieces of metal in it and it tore through my glove and poked just under my finger nail 😭 I started bleeding a bit, nothing serious, but the metal was wet and dirty and my finger is throbbing a little. Should I be ok?
