Endometriosis after surgery

Hi everyone

I had a laparoscopy and stage 4 endo removed (excision). After two really heavy painful periods, I’m on my third period and I’m surprised how light it is! Is this normal, is this what a normal period is like?! Does laparoscopy help lighten bleeding in the long term?
