I suspected I might be pregnant (condom came off, didn’t realize tile afterwards)

My period was 3 days late, it has been completely regular for years.

Diet hasn’t changed, no added stress, nothing.

Period showed up late, and was not like normal.

Today is day 3 (typically my lightest/last full day of bleeding) and i found this.

i was super crampy all day. Almost sick to my stomach at certain points.

Is this normal? Or very early miscarriage? plz help TIA
