So I just noticed a lump in my lo’s nipple.

I’m wondering if anyone else’s lo has this? I noticed it after her bath while i was putting lotion on her. I noticed that one of her nipples were a bit bigger than the other so I felt it and there’s a small lump under her nipple. Is this normal? Or should I ask her pediatrician about it?
