First period after a chemical pregnancy

So I’m 18, I had three positive tests come back but I was bleeding heavily for about 3 weeks prior to me taking the tests. So me being eager to find out so I went straight to the hospital. After multiple blood tests, ultrasounds and internal scans I found out that my body has flushed majority of my baby out. I didn’t know what was going on because it was only a few hours before I was wrapping my head around I was going to be a mother, then sitting there hearing how my body couldn’t support it. The bleeding stopped from me going on antibiotics, but this morning my period came again and it broke me. Sitting in the bathroom looking at the blood on the toilet paper killed me so much inside. I felt like I was reliving what happened. I’m so angry at the world right now, this shouldn’t be happening. I should be getting ready for more months to come to see my belly grow, to feel my baby inside me, to hear their heartbeat.
