APS anyone?

I would love to connect with someone who has been diagnosed with APS (anti phospholipid syndrome) and has history of miscarriage. Anyone??

I have aps! Currently pregnant with my daughter- I’m 27 weeks I see a fetal medicine specialist a little more often then the norm. I also take low dose aspirin. Prior to this pregnancy I’ve had 3 losses.

Me 🙋‍♀️ I’ve had two miscarriages, both around 10 weeks. The first one completed naturally but the second I had a d&c so they were able to run some tests but didn’t find any genetic/chromosome issues with the embryo or anything that would’ve explained why it happened. My Obgyn did some bloodwork on me but didn’t find anything out of the ordinary there either. So then she recommended a hematologist and I had more extensive labwork done and was diagnosed with APS. I was on Coumadin for a little while but currently just taking daily baby aspirin based on my hematologist’s recommendations. I haven’t  had any other positive pregnancy tests yet since I was diagnosed, and honesty we haven’t really been trying because I needed some time to recover emotionally and get my nerve back up to try again…but I think I’m almost ready to try again. I’m not sure what the next steps will be if that happens- my hematologist just told me to contact her right away whenever I find out I’m pregnant again. Thanks for posting here. Nice to know I’m not alone in this. I didn’t know about the APS group mentioned in another comment so I’m going to join that as well!

I am being treated currently for APS during pregnancy. I take 40 mg lovenox, 81 mg aspirin, and 400mg progesterone  every day. I have had 3 back to back miscarriages in the past 18 months, 4 miscarriages altogether, and have 3 living children.

There is a group. I have the marker for it and have had 6 miscarriages and no successful pregnancies yet. We are currently waiting to try again for some more testing
