So my breastfeeding/ pumping journey is something else. My nipple are cracked to the point they bleed after pumping session now. I’ve been using a 27mm (medela) size and now I switch to 24mm because I think I was using the wrong size but I truly don’t know. I up to 27 from 24 because my nipple rubs against the flange but 27 my aerial goes into the flange during pumping sessions; so what is technically right??!!

ALSO HOW DO I HEAL MY NIPPLES???!!!!?!!!???!!😩
