Is anyone else sick?

Leave it to me to get so sick weeks leading up to birth. Not sure if I need to go get a covid test or not. Petrified because if I do have it and baby comes I’ll be doing it all alone. 😭 I’m freaking over here.

Where I am you would not be alone if you tested positive, the medical staff would just take extra precautions for themselves and ask you and your birth partner to wear masks at all times. Double check on that so you don’t have to stress so much!

I actually got sick last Thursday didn’t really think it was covid but I got tested and it was. I’m feeling better now!! But I did have really bad body aches the first two days then after that it was like I had a cold. It’s always better to get tested so just you don’t spread it or if you get worse.

When are you due? Bright side is if you do have Covid now and aren't due for a few weeks, it should be gone by that time and you know you won't have it when you go into labor :) I got Covid at the begining of January and im due March 6. They say your immune for 3 months after having it but who knows if that's true. I know my hospital only does a temp check and I never got a temp when I had it so you just never know. Good luck mama!
