Suggestions ?

My cycle is irregular however me and my partner are trying to conceive. My cycle usually sends a wave of bad pms nausea, head aches, and hormone imbalances. My boob will swell over twice it size. However this time I just have really bad cramps in my back and side. My cycle is usually a normal length and consistent with the flow. This time I had a clear “period” with blood stingy discharge and clots. Then a day with heavy flow with blog clots, however the very next day it’s light with stingy blood discharge and clots.
