Post partum muscles
Hi mommas! How are all your post partum bodies treating you? Aches, pains, hungers, etc? What are you doing for your self health?
I have some hyper mobility made worse by the hormone relaxin. Still breastfeeding and going to physical therapy and OMT. My muscles get overtaxed super easily so I have to be slow and cautious with exercises. But my abdominals are doing well because of planks every night.
