Bumps on daughters neck ??

Mostly flesh colored with some redness. They are in the back as well as Underneath.

Not eczema. It's keratin build up, a lotion with salicylic acid in it will help. CeraVe just came out with one, thats what our pediatrician recommend. It can be due to lack of vitamin D like if you are in an are with cold weather and your skin is covered most of the time. I get it in the winter and it goes away when it warms up becuase my skin had more exposure to the sun and gets more vitamin D. Eczema would be dry with scales and red,, not bumps.

My son recently had a rash that looked exactly like this and the doctor said it was eczema, a couple days with the prescription cream and it was gone.
I’d take her to the doctor just to get it checked
