Baby acne or rash? ?

Baby is almost 4 weeks, I thought this was just acne but it keeps getting worse..Its all over head, face, neck and top of back and chest. Is this a rash I should be worried about?

Do you produce breast milk? I'd try putting some on that for a few days. Maybe mention it to your doctor too but does look like a bad case of baby acne

It looks like baby acne. You can always run it by the babies doctor. My son had it pretty bad too.

My son had baby acne really bad like this, Weirdly enough, once we got rid of his cradle cap it went away! My doctor said for some reason he sees these connected so if your baby has cradle cap try clearing that up and see if that helps!
