Did you get pregnant faster with baby #2?

I just got my BC taken out about a week ago and my husband and I are so excited to have another baby but it took us 8 months to conceive our first so I’m nervous it’ll take that long again. Obviously I know it can take up to a year but just curious what everyone else experienced. We’ve already been doing the baby dance but I haven’t gotten my period back. I didn’t get a period the entire time my BC was in.

Yes but I never went on birth control in between. Just the good ol’ pullout method 🤣

It took 4 cycles to conceive my first and 5 cycles to conceive my second. We even "tried harder" the second time around. The first time I just went off the calendar to see when I was ovulating. Second time I tracked with opks, used pre-seed, bbt, cm, etc etc. Still took a month longer. Haha.

2nd (currently pregnant) - literally had sex the once. 🙈

LO is now 7months oleld and I'm 10weeks pregnant (unplanned but very loved already)
