I've tried the dishwasher but they never seem to come out clean

I hand wash. My friend of twins suggested dapple baby bottle soap and filling a large dish bin ( Rubbermaid) with hot soapy water and just throwing your bottles in there after rinsing them after use so if you don’t get to them right away they’re not gross. I’ve only been bottle feeding my daughter for 2 weeks but man it makes cleaning up much easier. I scrub them when there’s 3-4 in there and sterlize them with my microwave sterilizer and then refill the tub. I tried other dish soap brands when I initially bought them and cleaned them pre baby and they all left a weird residue. It’s honestly one of my favourite baby hacks. I’ve got a small kitchen and I hate mingling baby stuff with adult stuff. I’m always worried something else is going to get on it ( we’re also in the process of allergy testing). I also do this with her bowls etc after eating.
