I have a 2 year old son. And he is starting to come into his own and saying no. Not a huge deal, but I’m asking him one simple thing, to say please... then he glares at me and pushes his lips together and says nothing. I tell him he can have it as soon as he says please, which he has said it before and used to say it easily when asked!! Even thank you! Now it is nothing. And he fights me on it ALL.... DAY..... refusing to say it. And idk if I’m supposed to fight him on it, or just ignore it eventually. I just don’t want to give him what he wants when he is purposefully ignoring what we ask of him. I don’t understand why he is doing it and idk how to handle. Anyone have any tips!?
