Please hear me out ladies 2 days late

I’m officially two days late today. Today while doing number two I felt this sharp pain in my right ovary more like an aching pain off and on. Still have it while laying down. Took a pregnancy test a day before my missed period negative. What could it be? Should I get check out? Any ideas what could it be?
