Oversupply of breast milk
I just pumped 18 ounces after 4-5 hours of not feeding my daughter. Her dad fed her while I was asleep. (she is 6 weeks old) I’m assuming that 18 ounces is a lot and I have a fast letdown so she has a hard time with feeding because she chokes a lot. Any idea how to lower my amount without getting rid of it?
