What time is your baby’s last nap of the day?

My baby always falls asleep like a couple hours before naptime and we wake him up to feed and change into pjs and then put him back to bed. He’s been waking up around 12 or 1 am and I think its because of his last nap being so close to bedtime...

My son does this odd thing where he takes like a 30 min-1 hour nap then he wakes up and I either sooth him or feed him then he falls right back asleep for bed time. Happens every night 🤷🏻‍♀️ but at least I know it’s coming so I don’t get to comfortable for bed

My baby's last nap is usually between 4:30 and 5:30. She naps for 30 mins. Is in bed 2 hours after she woke up.

My son only takes like 10-15 min naps through the day but every night around 5ish he goes down for about an hour! He wakes up and we do our jammies and nursing then he is out for the night between 7:30-8:00 and sleeps till usually around 6 am.

She has about a 20 minute nap around 5:30 , then goes to bed at 7:30 xx

I kind of let my daughter do whatever. She usually falls asleep for bed anywhere between 9-12 depends if it’s been a good day or bad

I try to have his last nap ending by 6 or 6:30 which means his bedtime is by 8-8:30 😊

She pushes it till 8 for bedtime.

Last nap is a shorter catnap around 4:45. Then she’s up no later than 5:30 to do her last feeding. We do a small top off of 1-2 ounces as we’re putting her to sleep at 7, and then she’ll sleep until 7 am.

Try to keep him up during the day that the way I do it but one nap a day its okay but if you keep him up all day  he will sleep all night
