When your done doing the nasty... do you keep your legs lifted? 
If so for how long?!?!?
Do you think it really works?

You don’t beed to keep your legs lifted at all. You can relax for 10 mins in bed if you want.

It’s one of those things that is simply not going to hurt anything, so why not do it if you’re curious? There was a study showing better IUI outcomes for patients who stayed lying down for ~15mins after IUI- it follows that logically it could be beneficial for natural conception too.

Playfully I did the legs in the air with my first and got pregnant the first month. Didn’t work that way this time.... on 3rd cycle of serious trying... I know not that long, but never did so much to try to be pregnant! Anyway, look into soft discs, they do the same as legs up the wall, but you can go about your day....

I don’t think that theory holds much weight. You can lay there for a few minutes but sperm gets where it needs to go in a matter of seconds.

I did try that. But the time i felt pregnant I didn’t and got up straight away almost believing that nothing would work anymore! Good luck to you x
