Duphaston to lengthen luteal phase?

Any of you who got pregnant with short luteal phase of 8 days? Or you’ve been taking progesterone supplements to improve the LP?

Answer

I got pregnant with my first son and my luteal phase was very short. I ended up on progesterone my first trimester with him. I didn’t take anything to lengthen it. The month I got pregnant my MIL passed away so idk if it was a miracle or stress affected my cycle but we got pregnant after trying for a year. I would ovulate and get my period within a week or so. It was bad. This time we were trying 18 months and my luteal phase started being better around the time I start probiotics. Not sure if they affected anything but I noticed my cycle did change. It got longer. I still ovulated late but i had 2 weeks before period instead of a week. Could be coincidence.
