Ovulation help
My period is so irregular I don’t know when I’m ovulation or fertile sometimes I skip a month. I just want it to be normal so I can track my cycles. I have been taking my BBT every morning same time I just don’t know what temp it should be when I’m on my fertile days today it Was 97.63 what is the range it should be when you are fertile?
