Tender pain in ovary area 10DPO

So I am 10dpo confirmed with opks and I started having this tender pain (very mild) when I move around or stand up it’s noticeable near my left ovary area this is also the side I ovulated from this month. What could this be? Has anyone experienced this before before getting a BFP?
