Unfortunately it's not as likely that you'll end up pregnant this cycle. There's still a small chance. But you want to have sex on the day before, day of and day after peak. After that, you risk missing the egg and it no longer being viable. However opks don't tell you when you actually ovulated. Only that your body is trying. And usually releases an egg 12 to 36 hours later. Once egg is released, it has about a 12 hour window before its no longer viable and will not result in pregnancy. So without taking BBT, you won't know for sure when you actually ovulated. Try having sex every 2nd day all during the fertile window to cover your bases
