Any good facial cleansers that help combat random blemishes?

My skin is fairly normal but just gets random blemishes and the nose for me can get oily. Some good facial cleanser recommendations would be nice as I’m stuck at what to buy.

I'm following for mask area I get some stubborn ones on my chin sometimes. But I do have a couple things that have really helped clear my skin up. I have a Murad acne control clarifying cleanser that I alternate with the witch hazel cleanser by biore and after washing I use the juice beauty blemish clearing serum. I have had horrid acne since middle school and this has really helped alot. Following for good spot treatments
