Tdap vaccine question
I got the tdap vaccine yesterday, and my arm is absolutely killing me. Any suggestions for pain relief??? I’ve tried ice on and off today but is there anything else I can do? I need it to feel better by Monday because I’m a preschool teacher and I need both my arms 😅
