Sleep schedule for 7 month old?

I still haven’t come up with a sleep schedule for my 7 month old. He currently gets out of bed about 9am every morning. What would be your sleep schedule for a baby this age and waking up at 9am? Any help would be greatly appreciated..

When we slept trained our son at 8 months this was his schedule. 
Wake up-630-730am 
1st nap- 1030-12 
2nd nap- 2-3:30 
Bed time- 7:30pm 
Made sure when he was awake he got natural sunlight that helped keep him in a good sleep cycle. He slept almost 14 to 15 hours each day. 
Made sure his room was set up to be a prime time sleep environment. White noise, not to hot, dark as posible. 
We also had a bed time routine or a warm bath bottle and cuddles before bedtime.
