bad cramping

I am about 5+1, my first appointment is march 10th. i have had a miscarriage and a chemical pregnancy summer 2020 so of course i’m very uneasy about every little twinge im feeling. The other day i woke up in the middle of the night with HORRIBLE cramping like i thought i was going to puke it hurt so bad, worse than period cramps, lasted about 10 minutes no bleeding at all and i haven’t had any cramping since.

i don’t know what to think of this and if i should even bother calling the doctor.
