Looking into switching to Malate from Oxide and am looking at the options on amazon. Anyone have any they can recommend? There are so many options! One of the pics is a combo of Magnesium Malate and another form of Magnesium. I take magnesium on my ONs recommendation to help with my awful nighttime leg cramps and to help prevent preterm contractions since I’m high risk for preterm labor. So far I like the oxide but I keep hearing great things about Malate working wonders for anxiety, sleep, and chronic pain which I struggle with all 3.
