6.5 month old sleep
So my daughter has just thrown her one long nap in the trash and decides that no nap is allowed to be over 48 minutes. Some are as short as 22. Ive adjusted her wake windows but it doesn’t seem to be helping. We’re also having early morning wake ups. She’s always been a earlier riser but like 4:45 is not for this momma! Help!!!
