Need help with BBT please
Can someone please help me with the bbt ? I’m trying that more this month then relying so much on opk. Please show me your bbt table instead of chart and let me know what day you ovulated. Below is mine for my last cycle. It was my first time testing bbt so it’s kinda messed up. Please let me know what I need to look for to know I’m going to ovulate.
