🆘 I need help it’s urgent. Tattoo needle sting

I’m a tattoo artist. I just stang my hand with a tattoo needle while doing tattoo on a client. I’m so scared, and don’t know what to do. What I get transittive blood disease? How to prevent it? Is there a chance to prevent or it’s too late? Please tell me what to do I’m panicking.
