So my 3.5yr old daughter was doing great potty training then got constipated and she reverted back instantly. Now we have got her to where she is not peeing in her panties. But she is pooping in them and or she leaves streaks and won’t let it come out. Which in turn causes constipation and the vicious cycle begins again. She’s holding it in and have small poops ALL day in her panties. So we have a ton of dirty panties.

We’ve literally tried every approach and we are so burnt out. What worked for you.

We also have a 10 month old boy. She always says “I’m not a baby, I wear panties” and we encourage her like yes your a big girl and big girls poop on the potty. But then she turns around and poops in her panties.
