Hi y'all,

So I just recently met the mark for obesity (quarantine weight has really gotten to me) and I want to lose some weight, not only for how I look but feeling healthy from the inside out.

I started using the app, Noom, today and it seems super cool! I want to get the subscription but I'd like to ask if it's worth it. And if you haven't used the app before, what are some weight loss tips you have for me? I just learned about caloric density today. I know most of your weight is due to your diet so I want to know how to eat healthier and feel full. What are the best foods for me to eat? Thanks!
