Light bleeding with small blood clots.

Hi ladies! I’m 10 weeks pregnant and i had some minor cramping on one side today. I took a shower, and went to the bathroom. I stood up and saw some blood. When i wiped it was small blood clots and some blood strings. I also have a cold and i sneezed 2 times while on toilett and i felt muscle pain more like a stretching. Could it be from this or should i be worried? I have my first doctor visit in the morning and don’t know what to do, i would go to E R but i’m home alone with my girl and i have no where to leave her.
