Serious question

I’m trying so hard to get a stone (14lbs) off and I’m failing. I think it’s lockdown, work stress, being too comfy in my relationship, and being greedy 😒

I’ve been calories counting and doing it correctly, everything is weighed and I count my calories in any drinks, aiming to have 1800 a day and I’m supposed to be exercising but I’ve become too lazy. I work nightshift and my first day off is the worst! I’ll be awake for around 30hrs before o get to bed, and I get ravenous!!!

Should I not be increasing my calories for that day?? It’s a long time up be awake and functioning and I get so hungry I can’t bear it. I usually end up going over by about 1000 because I have an extra meal and I have extra cups of tea/coffee and drink some calories
