Unisom and b6 vitamin for nausea??

Question

Has anyone tried this for their nausea? My friend mentioned it to me. If so when did you take it? Does it make you sleepy? I'm gonna call my doctor in a bit and ask about it too.

Works wonders. I only take the unisom though and it also helps me sleep at night I'm a terrible sleeper to begin with.

I still have consistent nausea I but I found the unison helps decrease how bad it feels when I first wake up (after not having eaten for a long time). I still feel sick, but it's definitely not as bad when I first wake up as it was before taking unisom

B6 has been useless to me, I'm not even going to bother with it anymore. If anything I think it made me more nauseous. I did start taking unisom NY itself, one before bed so I could get some sleep and it works for me about 1/3 of the time. Better than nothing!

My doctor recommended this to me too but is unisom safe for baby since it's diphenhydramine?

My doctor told me I could take Unisom. I take it about 15 min before I plan on going to sleep. It has helped with both my sleep and nausea issues. I read where a person took half before they went to sleep and the other half at around 3 AM and that helped. I hope this helps!
