stretched tragus

so i got my tragus pierced about 4 years ago and not long after i pierced it the original bar fell out so i put a regular earring in it and never replaced it so the whole shrunk from about a 14g to a 16g. i lost the earring i had in my tragus and had no suitable piercing so i shoved a old 14g piercing i had never had the balls to push through in years ago. now that i’ve stretched it back how do i care for it? and when can i replace the jewellery because i don’t really like the one that’s in there now. thank you :)
