Is there a mental leap or growth spurt at this stage?

My toddler is 609 days accordingto glow app. Lol (sorry dont know how many weeks but he is making 20 months this week)

But he sleeps so long, is clingy, has refused to try all foods or drinks, even things he enjoyed, he just wants to breast feed and even when he is not actively drinking, just wants to comfort nurse. He is so clingy. What is happening? Because right now i am getting overwhelmed with everything that am not getting the time to do because of how he is demanding.
