Hello glow gals! It's Monday and I'm focused on getting on track to losing weight starting NOW. I've been feeling so out of it. Work has been non stop and so have my graduate classes.

I just got a hint from my S.O. that we can start looking for an apartment sometime this fall. WHICH IS CODE FOR you'll be engaged by then. (*he knows that I don't want to move in until we are engaged*) So for him to say that, that means that by fall we'll be engaged. We're older (30s) and have been talking about future plans so we know we're on the same page.

I'M SO EXCITED!

This realization has given me a boost of motivation to lose weight and start on a better lifestyle. I'm going to start a weightloss encouragement thread to keep it going ✨
