No more symptoms 😟

I’m 7 weeks pregnant. But I’ve been sick and sore boobs. Today I woke up and just don’t feel anything :( why does this happen? Why can’t my symptoms just stay put. I’ve had 2 miscarriages prior to this one and I just want it all to work out
