Insomnia?

I’ve never been a great night sleeper but never had a problem with napping when needed. I am finding my nights getting worse, not being able to fall asleep or staying asleep for long. I think most night I spend more time looking at my ceiling than I do sleeping. Recently I’m finding that I’m exhausted when I finally get out of bed and I feel like I haven’t slept at all. Now I can’t even nap throughout the day. It’s like my body has forgotten how to even do that. This has severely impacted my mood and I find myself just angry. Is this normal? I’ll be 25 weeks tomorrow and honestly don’t know what’s going on with my sleeping these days but I just want to sleep and wake up feeling refreshed.
