Early pregnancy symptoms?

Did any of you have pains like lightening crotch, achy bottom of tummy and extremely bad aches in your back? 
Also what other symptoms did you have???

The only symptoms I had when I tested at 10dpo and got a positive was achy boobs and bloating.
