Ladies who had a NST??

My doctor just called and wants me to come in tomorrow for a NST since I had to start taking a blood pressure medicine. 
I googled it of course but I’d rather hear from your all’s experience with this than a website🤦🏼‍♀️

You lay down for an hour and they literally just put a heart rate monitor on your belly and they gave me a little button to push everytime baby moved.
It’s just to check the babies heart rate is doing what it should do don’t stress 🙂

Totally easy. They hook baby up to a heart monitor and you with a contraction monitor. The monitors are two round disks that they put on your belly with a belt to hold them in place. Then you sit and chill. Really easy. Best wishes.

They do it every appointment here if you are close or over due date. I had multiple. They do it while in labor also, if that is not going too fast.
