Sick should I get second opinion?

Went to after hours yesterday because I woke up really sick had a terrible sore throat, stuffy nose a bad headache they said it was a viral virus, well today I woke up at 4:00 am in the absolute worse pain it hurts speak and swallow I stayed up doing salt water rinse, I made some tea with lemon and honey and took night quil and went back to bed well after waking up two hours later my breathing sounded weird almost sounds like I’m snoring but I’m awake what does that mean? When I had went not once did they check my breathing only throat and ears. It’s been making this sound all day. Should I get a second opinion.
