The app says I didn’t ovulate until the 19th, but I had egg white discharge around the 10th -12th. Could I have ovulated the week before the 19th?

If you didn't confirm ovulation through BBT or OPK tests, then yes it's possible. The app is only an estimate based on averages, it is wrong for a lot of women.
